-Halloween costumes are great for tomorrow. Students can dress up as long as their costume does not distract themselves, or others, from learning.
-Peanut free treats are welcome for the activities in the afternoon. Students can choose to play a board game or watch a (not so scary) Halloween movie.
Students are to complete a self assessment on their recently completed presentations. Students can find and hand this in on Edmodo. They had the option to pick this up at the end of the day if they wanted a hard copy, but it is also posted at the bottom of this page. With this assessment, they must include one positive piece of feedback and one piece of constructive feedback to take with them for their next project.

Explorer project propels are due Friday, Oct 19th, but he end of the day. Please turn them in to Edmodo. We will be working on your Forest Issues research tomorrow after the MLA visit.

Presentations start Monday, October 22nd
Just a reminder that 6.3/6.4 are going to the Jumping Pound Demonstration Forest on Thursday, October 25th.
Parents - please note the date change on our upcoming field trip. Students from 6.3 and 6.4 will be going to Jumping Pound on Thursday, October 25th, not Wednesday, October 24th
-Students will begin presenting their projects on Monday. Many will be working on this at night and over the weekend to make sure it is complete for this day.

Students should be completing their Science Fair topic proposals and should have their field trip forms in ASAP.
